"Beware! This company has horrible customer service. I ordered my daughter a twin XL Victorian duvet cover set for her dorm room in July. When it arrived, I put it in the stack with the rest of her college items. When we moved her into her dorm room last week, we realized that they sent a sheet set instead of the duvet cover set. Because it is after their 14-day return policy, they refused to correct their mistake. No credit adjustment, no refund, nothing. Unbelievable. I don't even know how this is legal. Worst company EVER."

Pretty and soft but hard to attach to duvet

"It's a very pretty duvet cover and super soft. The description mentions corner slits and ties to so the duvet can be easily attached - where are these? I don't see the ties inside the cover to attach to the duvet. This drives me crazy because then the duvet is slipping all over the place. It's a very basic thing to include so im a little disappointed."
