LoveShackFancy is looking for an innovative, creative and strategic thinker to join the team with experience leading the social media strategy of a high-end brand. The ideal candidate should live for social media and have proven experience with all major social media channels, creative storytelling and influencer marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create the social media content and influencer strategy for LoveShackFancy
  • Publish content on all social media channels.
  • Create and maintain a weekly social calendar with social grid layouts and campaign messaging.
  • Collaborate with Founder/ Creative Director, Director of Marketing and VP of Ecommerce on the overall social strategy.
  • Manage the community by engaging fans, followers, prospects, partners and aspirational customers through comments and Direct Messages. Respond to DMs from customers within 2 hours during working hours.
  • Manage and grow the LoveShackFancy social media influencer program.
  • Define social campaign roll-out on all upcoming programs and special projects. Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to collect necessary assets and information to execute best-in-class campaign.
  • Present analytics and insights for all social media platforms with actionable suggestions on a weekly basis covering growth, engagement, new followers and top creative.
  • Create ROI recaps for major programs and perfect content across channels to improve both internal and external communication.
  • Perform regular audits of brand’s social presence to ensure all platforms.
  • Monitoring competitors and relevant social channels.
  • Help strategize, coordinate and execute all paid social campaigns.
  • Attend LoveShackFancy and partner events and ensure the best social coverage.
  • Stay versed in day-to-day topics relevant to the LoveShackFancy brand.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or applicable field required.
  • 3 years + employment experience managing social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat and other emerging channels.
  • Proven ability to grow social media accounts.
  • Luxury, fashion or direct to consumer ecommerce experience.
  • Experience with analytics including tools like Google Analytics, Iconosquare.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies to meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, e-mail and presentations).
  • Writing skills and the ability to speak in the tone of the brand.
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing requirements and technologies.
  • Knowledge of: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) and Planoly.

Director of Public Relations

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage outside PR agencies; provide daily communication and address ongoing needs from pulls to interviews etc.
  • Execute PR strategies and programs to drive brand awareness, focusing on activities that are
  • designed to drive business growth and brand equity.
  • Manage and execute all events, pop-ups and activations.
  • Maintain an accurate events calendar for the brand as well as both stores.
  • Initiate the development and execution of creative opportunities generating maximum brand exposure through podcasts, product placement, brand stories, interviews and launches with particular focus on features and profiles.
  • Establish and deepen relationships with key people and brands, including editors, bloggers and key members of the media, across all verticals, building database of partners across the US and Europe.
  • Develop and manage PR programs to support product launches, collaborations etc both domestically and internationally
  • Develop and maintain media and influencer relationships.
  • Draft press releases and responses to all interview questions

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Public Relations, proven track record in a senior role working with luxury fashion clients
  • Well versed in media, fashion, pop culture, retail and entertainment industry trends
  • Highly engaged in social media and able to drive engagement among key social media influencers
  • Proven relationships with media and business contacts that have delivered demonstrable results
  • Strong communications skills

Digital Asset Manager & Archivist
New York, NY

STATUS:              FULL TIME

We are looking for a talented, organized and dedicated Digital Content Archivist to oversee and ensure the systematic and thorough documentation of LoveShackFancy’s digital content including: upcoming work, ongoing work and historical photography, film, social media and design collateral. You will be responsible for documenting all photography & video assets and where necessary to fill gaps in documentation of historical work and to bring in line with the archiving system, current and future needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the content process from the shoot to ensure all parties have made selects, to retouching and final organization and distribution of assets to relevant teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage overall organizational structure for all digital content and digital assets including file names, folder structure, search ease etc.
  • Ensure current digital archives are updated systemically across photography, film, social media, design collateral and that it is easy to search and navigate and is always up-to-date.
  • Manage content organization from shoot to selects including all retouching for LoveShackFancy.com, retail stores and office space.
  • Helping vet and onboard new DAM system.
  • Finalizing selects for ecommerce photography after photoshoots
  • Adjusting color/crop on ecommerce images based on established standards
  • Assist production team with daily shoot-related tasks and content inventory.
  • Facilitate the distribution of final image assets to internal and external partners
  • Processing and organizing images for each use case / content channel.
  • Organizing files and maintaining asset libraries
  • Delivering/trafficking files to outsourcing partner and communicating with retouching team
  • Create and update workflow spreadsheet
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required such as reporting and tracking expenses, model castings, prop sourcing and catering orders

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ year on-set photo shoot experience in a fashion environment a plus

Production Coordinator
New York, NY

STATUS:              FULL TIME

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure T&A calendar and seasonal milestones are being met and elevate to Manager as needed.
  • Responsible to communicate with overseas factories daily to troubleshoot production issues and ensure production comments are implemented as per Manager's approval.
  • Responsible to track WIP report daily and closely monitor upcoming milestone due dates are met. If any dates are sliding, ensure to escalate to your manager’s attention
  • Responsible to track PPS's & TOP’s and keep TD team updated for them to coordinate fitting each week.
  • Responsible to follow up on all bulk trim/fabric Approvals. Upon receipt, review bulk materials and bulk samples with Manager's approval in timely manner.
  • *The Production Coordinator will work with manager on how to communicate approval comments w factories/vendors.
  • Responsible for updating master care/content label wording on product labeling and share with Sales/Ecom.
  • Sample organization and maintenance.
  • Checking in of daily inbound & outbound production samples.
  • Generate and revise POs through RLM (ERP system) and insure to update and send to all factories.
  • Coordinate costing update in the ERP system.
  • Allocate and coordinate all collateral & trims for factories i.e. labels, hangtags, etc.

REQUIRMENTS

  • BA
  • 2+ years experience in product development or production
  • Overseas production experience a plus
  • Ability to act as liaison between many departments and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, computer literate, and able to multi-task as well as have a high sense of urgency.
  • Strong follow-through skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time

Key Holder

This Key Holder position is an entry into management. This role requires key holder responsibilities while driving personal sales goals. A key holder shares a division of responsibility with both management as well as a sales lead while demonstating excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Selling & Client Service

  • Greet and acknowledge all customers
  • Provide couteous and knowledgeable customer service in every area of the store
  • Meet or exceed your goals that will be set and giving to you by management

Visual Merchanding

  • Assist weith execution of floor sets.
  • Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis according to the companys standards
  • Maintain proper fiture placement, lighting, and floor plan changes
  • Ensure representation of all merchandise on the floor and make adjustments to merchandise placement as sell through dictates

Operations

  • Work with management to maximize sales by ensuring an efficient and customer friendly store
  • Oversee store in managements absence
  • Monitor Compliance to company policies and procedures when on shift and report compliance issues to management
  • Assist managers with Opening and Closing Procedures
  • Maintain offices, workspace, and Cashwraps to ensure they are fully stocked with supplies
  • Assist with Inventories and other Asset Protection needs
