DOMESTIC RETURNS
- In the spirit of the holiday season, we are offering an extended return period. Domestic purchases made between November 15, 2024, and December 31, 2024, are eligible for return until January 15, 2025. All return policies below will still apply. To initiate a return, click here and follow the instructions to send your item(s) back.
- We are accepting gift returns that fall within our store return policy in exchange for store credit. Initiate your gift return process here by selecting the gift return option. Please note that we are currently unable to accept returns on international orders.
- Full-priced items, unless marked Final Sale, may be returned for full refund to the original method of payment or for store credit in the case of a gift return.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place.
- Items purchased on sale are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions. Additionally, no discount codes can be applied to sale items. LoveShackFancy does not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to the promotion.
- Select collaborations, including Stanley x LoveShackFancy and Roller Rabbit x LoveShackFancy are Final Sale, no exceptions.
- All beauty products and fragrances are Final Sale, no exceptions.
- Swimwear must be returned in its original condition, with packaging, tags, and hygienic liners attached.
- If you receive an item which is damaged, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
- LoveShackFancy reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.
- Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.
- Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order.
- We are unable to offer price adjustments on any purchases.
- When returning Sunglasses, the return must include the Sunglass Case with Chain and Cleaning Cloth.
- When returning Wallpaper, the roll must still be in the plastic that it's shipped in.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.
STORE CREDITS
- Store Credits can only be used once and will not be reissued in the event of a return.
TRUNK SHOWS & PRIVATE EVENTS
- Items purchased at LoveShackFancy trunk shows & private events are considered Final Sale and are non-returnable.
