Domestic Returns

Domestic returns are eligible for a refund if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted. To start a return, please click HERE.

Full-priced merchandise (unless marked Final Sale) may be returned for a refund to the original payment method, or for store credit in the case of a gift return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached. LoveShackFancy reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
Final sale items are clearly marked on the product page, in cart, and at checkout and are not eligible for return or exchange.
A $9 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for online returns. This fee is waived if you choose store credit or return your item in person at a store location. Online returns may not be mailed to stores.
Gift returns are accepted for store credit only. Please select the gift return option in our return portal.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery to remain eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post the refund.

International Returns

At this time, we generally do not accept returns on international orders, except where required by applicable law.

EU/EEA Customers

For customers in the European Union/European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your eligible online purchase within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable exceptions. We are in the process of finalizing an electronic withdrawal function for EU/EEA customers. In the meantime, you may submit a withdrawal request submitted by email as explained below.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You may do so by contacting Customer Service at customerservice@loveshackfancy.com and including your order number, name, email address used to place the order, and the item(s) you wish to return.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including customized or personalized items and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item(s) to us. If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item(s) and any standard outbound delivery charges required by law. Any additional amount paid for expedited or premium shipping may not be refundable, except where required by applicable law. We may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value of the item(s) resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item(s), except where prohibited by applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights for defective, damaged, faulty, or nonconforming products.

UK Customers

If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. If you exercise this right in accordance with applicable law, you then have fourteen (14) days to return the item(s). We will refund the purchase price of the returned item(s) and any standard outbound delivery charges required by law. Any additional amount paid for expedited or premium shipping may not be refundable, except where required by applicable law. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s), unless the item is defective, faulty, or we are otherwise required by law to cover the return shipping cost. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Exchanges

We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one. We recommend choosing store credit as the refund method, which will waive the $9 restocking fee.

Final Sale & Exclusions

Final sale items are clearly marked on the product page, in cart, and at checkout and are not eligible for return or exchange.

All sale items are final sale. We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
Select collaborations are final sale, including (but not limited to): Crocs, Stanley, PINK, Kendra Scott, and Roller Rabbit.
All LoveShackFancy Beauty fragrance products are final sale.
All customized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or modified once placed.
Panties and panty sets are final sale.
Swimwear must be returned with original tags, packaging, and hygienic liners intact.
Sunglasses must include the case, chain, and cleaning cloth.
Wallpaper must be returned with the roll intact and sealed in original plastic.

Trunk Shows & Private Events

Items purchased at LoveShackFancy trunk shows & private events are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
