Orders

LoveShackFancy accepts the following payment methods:

  • ShopPay Installments - available for orders over $30

Due to a systems limitation, we cannot add a discount code after an order is placed. The order will need to be cancelled and then placed again with the discount code applied. Please reach out to customerservice@loveshackfancy.com if you need assistance with this.

We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases.

Shipping

All domestic orders ship via FedEx Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders, including 2nd Day and Next Day, placed Monday through Friday after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to ship. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping. LoveShackFancy is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.

International orders ship via FedEx International Express Shipping or Passport Shipping, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Duties and taxes are prepaid and calculated at checkout. International shipments by FedEx International Express Shipping  take 2-5 business days for delivery. International shipments by Passport Shipping take 8-14 business days for delivery.

Returns

Domestic returns are free and eligible for a full refund if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted. If you would like to return your purchase, please click HERE to begin the process.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. International Orders are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

All items that are marked final sale have been marked down in price and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style. Additionally, no promotion codes can be applied to items marked Final Sale. We understand purchasing Final Sale items can be difficult, so please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.

We are currently unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. Once your refund is processed, we will notify you via the email used to place your order.
