We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. However, during high volume periods, such as holidays or popular collaboration drops, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. You can review our shipping policy here.
Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12pm EST, including 2nd Day and Next Day, will be processed the following business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, however we do deliver 7 days a week.
International orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Duties and taxes are prepaid and calculated at checkout.
Domestic returns are eligible for a refund if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted. Full-priced items, unless marked Final Sale, may be returned for a refund to the original method of payment. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place.
Online returns are subject to a $9 restocking fee. If you prefer store credit, or you'd like to return your order at one of our store locations, the restocking fee will be waived. We do not allow online returns to be shipped to stores; the return must be made in person.
We’re excited to offer custom embroidery on select styles. Because these items are made to order, all customized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or modified once placed. Customized items are not eligible for discounts or promotional pricing unless otherwise stated. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipping; items in your order will ship together once customization is complete. There is a chance some items may ship separately from our stores. All orders ship using the method selected at checkout, including expedited options. Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment—if your order arrives with a defect or an error on our part, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
