International orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Duties and taxes are prepaid and calculated at checkout.

Domestic returns are eligible for a refund if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.Β Full-priced items, unless marked Final Sale, may be returned for a refund to the original method of payment.Β Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place.

Online returns are subject to a $9 restocking fee. If you prefer store credit, or you'd like to return your order at one of our store locations, the restocking fee will be waived. We do not allow online returns to be shipped to stores; the return must be made in person.

Beautifully Itchy

"Five stars for how beautiful it is - I mean, absolutely beautiful and flattering. However, it’s 100% wool and I didn’t read anywhere that it’s unlined. I mistakenly assumed that given the steep price, surely it would be lined. For that, I’d have given it one star. I can’t wear wool (a lot of people can’t) as it itches. I tried it on with a long sleeved shirt and it might work, but I’m not sure that after awhile, the itching will bleed through. So I’m going to wear it which means I have to keep it, I want to test it to see if it drives me crazy. If so, then I’ll look into having lining sewn in. An expensive add-on to an already expensive coat, but I’ll have no choice. With the quality that is typically Love Shack Fancy, one would expect that an important detail such as this, wouldn’t be overlooked."
