"Bought on sale and saw it was a no return item. Runs really small so I looked and it was still in stock in the size I needed. I wanted to exchange not return and the company is unwilling to do that. So now I have a $200 cover up that doesn’t fit and not pleased with the customer service. I would understand if they didn’t have my size or I simply wanted to return only, but that’s not how they do business. It’s a shame because it’s beautiful."
