Official Rules 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules, which form a binding contract. Please read them carefully.  

(1) OVERVIEW 

The LoveShackFancy x Stanley 1913 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by LoveShackFancy, LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 111 5th Avenue, 8th Floor, New York, NY 10003. The Sweepstakes begins on June 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).  At the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, as described below.  

(2) ELIGIBILITY 

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (“Territory”) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. 

Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Stanley 1913, solely in its capacity as prize/product partner, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, successors in interest, and advertising, promotion, and public relations agencies, and any other party participating in the development, design, administration, or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”), as well as the immediate families (defined as any spouse, partner, parent, legal guardian, sibling, child, legal ward, grandparent, or grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household (whether legally related or not) of each such individual, are ineligible to participate or win. 

(3) HOW TO ENTER 

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter as follows: 

Email Sign-up Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the LoveShackFancy x Stanley 1913 landing page and submit your email address through the email sign-up box. The call-to-action may state “Sign up to be notified and enter to win” or “Sign Up to Be the First to Shop AND Enter to Win.” By signing up, you agree to receive LoveShackFancy marketing emails and will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and unsubscribing will not affect your entry or chances of winning. Limit one (1) Email Sign-Up Entry per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period. You may also enter without signing up for marketing emails by using the Alternative Method of Entry described below 

Instagram Bonus Entry: To receive one (1) bonus entry, during the Sweepstakes Period, locate the Sweepstakes post on Sponsor’s Instagram account (@loveshackfancy and comment below the post and tag your teammates/friends as instructed in the caption. Limit one (1) bonus entry per person/Instagram account, regardless of the number of comments or friends/teammates tagged. Additional comments, tags, or duplicate entries will not result in additional entries or increase your chances of winning. Entrants should not inaccurately tag content or users. 

Alternative Method of Entry: To enter without signing up for marketing emails, email customerservice@loveshackfancy.com  with your full name, email address, and ‘LoveShackFancy x Stanley 1913 Sweepstakes Entry’ in the subject line during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) Alternative Method of Entry per person/email address. The Alternative Method of Entry counts as the entrant’s one (1) base entry. 

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or received outside the Sweepstakes Period will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors or issues that prevent entry.  

(4) ENTRY LIMITS 

Limit two (2) total entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period: one (1) base entry, either through the Email Sign-Up Entry or the Alternative Method of Entry, and one (1) Instagram Bonus Entry. For clarity, entrants may not receive more than one (1) base entry by entering through both the Email Sign-Up Entry and the Alternative Method of Entry. The Instagram Bonus Entry is limited to one (1) bonus entry per person/Instagram account, regardless of the number of comments, tags, or friends/teammates tagged.  

Entries that are incomplete, late, misdirected, duplicated, generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors or issues that prevent entry. 

(5) WINNER SELECTION / NOTIFICATION  

One (1) potential winner (subject to verification) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted within approximately two (2) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. 

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram direct message within approximately two (2) business days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within two (2) business days, or within such other time frame specified in the notification. Failure to timely respond, failure to provide required information or documents, failure to confirm eligibility, or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner, in which case Sponsor will have no obligation or liability to the disqualified potential winner. 

Before awarding the prize, Sponsor will confirm that the potential winner is not an employee of LoveShackFancy or Stanley 1913, or otherwise ineligible under these Official Rules. The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and provide tax documentation, including a completed IRS Form W-9. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. 

(6) PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) 

One (1) winner will receive one (1) prize package consisting of one (1) Stanley 1913 x LoveShackFancy cup and one (1) matching LoveShackFancy active set for the winner and up to ten (10) friends/“teammates” selected by the winner, for a total of up to eleven (11) individual prize sets. Approximate retail value is $450 per person/individual prize set, with a total ARV of $4,950. 

Styles, sizes, colors, and specific prize items are subject to availability and Sponsor’s selection. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any portion of the prize, with one of equal or greater value.
