"Hello, This set is absolutely beautiful and my favorite color. The quality of the craftsmanship is excellent, and I was very excited to receive it. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with how the skirt was packaged. I ordered it from the Soho, NY boutique, and it was placed directly into the box without any tissue paper or protective wrapping. As a result, the skirt arrived extremely wrinkled and with visible dirt on the fabric. For an item priced at over $1,000, this level of packaging and handling is very disappointing. What added to my frustration is that I previously contacted customer service regarding this issue and did not receive any response. This experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I am now seriously considering returning the item. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly, as I truly love the piece and would prefer a resolution rather than a return."
