We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. However, during high volume periods, such as holidays or popular collaboration drops, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. You can review our shipping policy here.
Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12pm EST, including 2nd Day and Next Day, will be processed the following business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, however we do deliver 7 days a week.
International orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Duties and taxes are prepaid and calculated at checkout.
Domestic returns are eligible for a refund if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted. Full-priced items, unless marked Final Sale, may be returned for a refund to the original method of payment. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place.
Online returns are subject to a $9 restocking fee. If you prefer store credit, or you'd like to return your order at one of our store locations, the restocking fee will be waived. We do not allow online returns to be shipped to stores; the return must be made in person.

"Do not recommend. The sheets feel rough, they are noisy too. Not very comfortable. I am hoping that if I keep washing them they will feel softer. I have only used twice and have washed them 2 times before using. Total of 4 washes and I have put them away not sure when I will give them another try, since both times we both didn’t get great sleep."
