Gorgeous but needed some alterations

"I love this dress and watched it for months I received it. However it was bulky in the mod section and the cut where the ruffle was was off. So I had to take it to a seamstress and get it fixed. It hopefully will be better when done. She thinks it was not only the cut which was completely off but also the heaviness of the sequins layer causing it to what to ripple"
