Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12pm EST, including 2nd Day and Next Day, will be processed the following business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, however we do deliver 7 days a week.ย 

International orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Duties and taxes are prepaid and calculated at checkout.

Domestic returns are eligible for a refund if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.ย Full-priced items, unless marked Final Sale, may be returned for a refund to the original method of payment.ย Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place.

Online returns are subject to a $9 restocking fee. If you prefer store credit, or you'd like to return your order at one of our store locations, the restocking fee will be waived. We do not allow online returns to be shipped to stores; the return must be made in person.

"I really appreciate websites that take the time to tell us what size the model in the photos is wearing. I assumed it was a size small because they listed measurements based on a size small. The small arrived and it is huge! I’m fluctuating between 125 and 130 pounds. The sleeves are extremely wide, almost double what they show in the photo. I’m now guessing she’s wearing an extra small. This jacket is too pricey for a basic very thin jacket to keep so I’m going to return it. I might order the extra small and keep my fingers crossed if it’s more like the model."
