Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12pm EST, including 2nd Day and Next Day, will be processed the following business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, however we do deliver 7 days a week.
International orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Duties and taxes are prepaid and calculated at checkout.
Domestic returns are eligible for a refund if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted. Full-priced items, unless marked Final Sale, may be returned for a refund to the original method of payment. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place.
Online returns are subject to a $9 restocking fee. If you prefer store credit, or you'd like to return your order at one of our store locations, the restocking fee will be waived. We do not allow online returns to be shipped to stores; the return must be made in person.

"This is different from what I normally wear but the notes are so potent! It’s something that lingers all day once applied. I went to my normal cosmetologist appointment and received so many compliments from the door to the desk, to my exam room. My cosmetologist insisted she know what it was (Moondance) and looked it up and ordered it right then and there! My husband swoons over in when we’re in bed and he’s close to me! I will be buying this again once I’ve finished the bottle."

Unfortunately I had to return tis item bc my granddaughter got the same fragrance for Christmas. I was very excited to be able to return this item to the new LSF Boutique at the Grove in Srewsbury-however when I met with the salesperson she abruptly told me I could not return perfume. I questioned her and she brought the manager over. The manger did take back the product bc I had the receipt and the code . I just wanted to say I was so disappointed at the way I was approached and talked to with a n undercurrent that was far from pleasant and friendly. So needless to say my first visit to the fabulous LSF boutique was not a great experience like I had anticipated. My daughter was a first to have a LSF dress over 10 years ago—we have been fans for years and have told our friends about the brand Evelyn Haas
"Unfortunately I had to return the perfume I purchased on line but I was excited to be able to return it to the new boutique at the Grove in Shrewsbury NJ. When I brought in the sealed boxed and receipt to the salesperson she rudely said that it is against store policy to return. She brought the manager over when I questioned her. The manager said the same thing but who my daughter showed the recipe QR code sealed box and nothing on line saying it couldn't be returned she did return the perfume reluctantly. !!!!! With and attitude !! Unfortantaley my first trip the the boutique was not a good experience. We have been LSF fans for years!!!! I have told my friends about the brands and my granddaughter who was with me was not impressed with the way I was treated. Very very upset about my first visit bc I asm such a fan!!! Evelyn Haas."
