Runs small | no returns for non US costumers
"The jacket runs extremely small. My 13-year-old daughter weighs 92 pounds and usually wears a kids’ size 14, sometimes a size XXS so I ordered a women’s XS to allow room to grow. Instead, the jacket fits so tight she can barely move her arms. I live in Canada and didn’t realize until after requesting a return that their FAQ states they don’t allow returns or exchanges on non-U. S. orders. While I acknowledge that’s my mistake, it’s disappointing that a company of this size allows international customers to place orders but doesn’t offer any return options. I regularly order from many companies—including some based in Europe—they anll accept international returns and exchanges. Unfortunately, this experience means I won’t be ordering from this company online again."
