Damaged Product, no return/refund. Horrible Service
"The product arrived with visible flaws, and dealing with customer service has been incredibly frustrating. I provided photos and repeatedly tried to resolve the issue, but I simply stopped receiving any replies weeks ago. If I could add pictures to my review here I would. The hooks on my hangers are almost entirely black. If the company responds below claiming they are committed to helping or resolving the issue, that does not reflect my experience. I have been trying to reach a solution for weeks, and my messages are being ignored. Very disappointing, especially for a premium brand. 95$ for damaged goods and you don’t get a dollar refunded or an exchange. Do not buy from them online. If you receive damaged goods they don’t care. :("
