Promposal Mist Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

By entering this Contest, you agree to these Official Rules, which form a binding contract. Please read them carefully.  

(1) OVERVIEW 

The LoveShackFancy Social Media Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by LoveShackFancy, LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 111 5th Avenue, 8th Floor, New York, NY 10003. The Contest begins at April 3, 2026 at 4:00pm ET and ends at April 9, 2026 at 11:59pm ET (the “Contest Period”). At the conclusion of the Contest Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected based on the judging criteria described below. 

(2) ELIGIBILITY 

This Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (“Territory”) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and are currently enrolled in their final year of high school. 

Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, successors in interest, and advertising, promotion, and public relations agencies, and any other party participating in the development, design, administration, or fulfillment of this Contest (collectively, the “Released Parties”), as well as the immediate families (defined as any spouse, partner, parent, legal guardian, sibling, child, legal ward, grandparent, or grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household (whether legally related or not) of each such individual, are ineligible to participate or win. 

(3) HOW TO ENTER 

During the Contest Period, eligible entrants must: (i) follow @loveshackfancy on Instagram and TikTok at the time of entry; and (ii) complete the entry form and submit: (i) full name, (ii) confirmation of age (18+), (iii) Instagram and TikTok handles (with links), (iv) a brief statement describing who they are and why they should be selected, and (v) email address. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual, including those submitted using different email addresses or social media accounts, may be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or received outside the Contest Period will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors or issues that prevent entry. 

Fifty (50) finalists will be selected by Sponsor based on the judging criteria described below, on or about April 8, 2026. Finalists will be notified via the email address provided in the entry form and must respond within the timeframe specified in the notification to confirm eligibility and provide a shipping address for product delivery. Finalists who do not respond may be disqualified and an alternate finalist may be selected. 

Selected finalists will receive two (2) LoveShackFancy Body Mist products and will be required to create and post social media content or submit content to Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s instructions. 

The winner will be selected from among the finalists based on the same judging criteria, taking into account both the initial submission and the content created by finalists, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 

Entrants may optionally opt in to receive marketing communications from Sponsor; consent is not required to enter or win. 

(4) SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS 

All submissions must be: (i) original and created by the entrant, (ii) not include third-party trademarks and/or copyrighted content (including music), (iii) not contain offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any submission in its sole discretion. 

(5) JUDGING CRITERIA 

This is a skill-based contest. Eligible entries will be evaluated by Sponsor based on the following criteria: (i) creativity and originality, (ii) alignment with LoveShackFancy brand aesthetic, (iii) overall quality and completeness of the submission. The potential winner will be the entrant whose submission best reflects the above criteria, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 

In the event of a tie, Sponsor will evaluate the tied entries based on the same criteria to determine the winner. 

(6) WINNER SELECTION / NOTIFICATION  

One (1) potential prize winner (subject to verification) will be selected within approximately one (1) business days after the Contest Period ends. The potential winner will be notified via email. The potential winner must respond within 1-2 business days, or within such other time frame as specified in the notification. Failure to timely respond to the email sent by Sponsor may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, in which case Sponsor will have no obligation or liability to the disqualified potential winner.  

The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and provide tax documentation, including a valid Social Security Number or taxpayer identification number, as required by law. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. 

(7) PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) 

One (1) winner will receive up to ten (10) LoveShackFancy dresses (for the winner and selected guests), with a total approximate retail value of $ 10,000 USD. Styles and sizes are subject to availability and Sponsor’s selection. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value. 

As part of the prize, the winner will have the opportunity to select up to nine (9) additional individuals to participate as guests in connection with the prize. Participation by such individuals is subject to compliance with Sponsor’s requirements, including participation in content creation and execution of applicable releases. 

As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner and any participating individuals must comply with Sponsor’s instructions regarding content creation. The winner is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and releases from any participating individuals, including, if applicable, a parent or legal guardian for any participant under the age of 18. 

Sponsor reserves the right to limit, modify, or revoke all or part of the prize if the winner or any participating individual fails to comply with these requirements or fails to provide required releases. 

Delivery of prize components may be made in phases and is subject to the winner’s compliance with Sponsor’s instructions, including participation in content creation. 

(8) RIGHT OF SUBMISSION AND PUBLICITY 

By entering this Contest, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display and distribute your submission for marketing, promotional and business purposes. By entering, you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant these rights. 

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and content for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 

Entrant represents and warrants that any individual appearing in submitted or finalist content has provided all necessary permissions for such use. If any individual is under the age of 18, entrant must obtain consent from such individual’s parent or legal guardian. 

Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of such permissions and to disqualify or restrict use of any content that does not comply with this requirement. 

(9) GOVERNING LAW / RELEASE / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. 

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of the prize. 

All disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. 

(14) PLATFORM DISCLAIMER 

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.
