LoveShackFancy x Cotton / Carter Faith Ticket Sweepstakes

Sponsor. The LoveShackFancy x Cotton, Carter Faith Ticket Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by LoveShackFancy LLC, (“Sponsor”). Cotton Incorporated, Carter Faith, Post Malone, the applicable tour, venues, ticketing platforms, Instagram, and any participating vendors are not sponsors, administrators, or endorsers of this Sweepstakes and are not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, the collection of entries, the selection or notification of the winner, or the fulfillment of the prize.  

Promotion Period. The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Central Time (the “Promotion Period”). 

Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, Cotton Incorporated, Carter Faith’s team, participating vendors, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” means spouses, parents, children, siblings, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. 

How to Enter. During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter by visiting the LoveShackFancy Nashville store and completing and submitting an entry form in-store. No purchase is necessary to enter. Limit one entry per person during the Promotion Period. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, late, lost, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited. 

Prize. One winner will receive two tickets to see Carter Faith on tour at an upcoming tour date, as determined by Sponsor and/or Carter Faith’s team in their discretion, subject to availability. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $400 total. Prize consists only of two tickets. Transportation, hotel accommodation, parking, meals, beverages, merchandise, taxes, gratuities, and all other expenses not expressly stated in these Official Rules are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner and/or winner’s guest. Seat location will be determined by Sponsor and/or Carter Faith’s team. Tickets are subject to availability, venue rules, tour rules, ticket terms and conditions, and any applicable age or admission restrictions. Tickets are non-transferable, may not be resold, have no cash value, and may not be substituted except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. 

Winner Selection and Notification. One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or about Monday, June 9, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone within two business days following the drawing and must respond within 24 hours of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within 24 hours, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, cannot accept the prize for any reason, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.  

Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 

Taxes. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use that are not expressly stated as included in these Official Rules. 

Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winner consents to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, city/state of residence, and prize information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation or approval. 

Release. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Cotton Incorporated, Carter Faith, the applicable tour, venues, ticketing platforms, Instagram, participating vendors, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, injury, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize. 

General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor believes has violated these Official Rules, tampered with the entry process, acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempted to interfere with the proper administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 

Privacy. Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and contacting the potential winner. Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. 

Social Media Disclaimer. Although the Sweepstakes may be promoted on Instagram and/or other social media channels, entry is only available in person at the LoveShackFancy Nashville store during the Promotion Period. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. 

Governing Law. The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

Winner List. For the name of the winner, send a request to customerservice@loveshackfancy.com within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period
