How do I use Klarna?

How do I return an item purchased with Klarna?

Klarna purchases follow LoveShackFancy's standard return policy. To initiate an eligible return, please use our Return Portal.

Once your return has been processed by LoveShackFancy, any applicable refund will be sent to Klarna. Klarna will then update your payment schedule or refund the applicable amount according to the terms of your purchase.

If you have already made payments toward an order you are returning, Klarna will adjust your remaining payment schedule or refund any amount due to you after LoveShackFancy processes the return.

What happens to my Klarna payments if I return an item?

If you return an eligible item, you should report the return through your Klarna account or the Klarna app. Klarna may pause or adjust your payment schedule while your return is being processed.

Once LoveShackFancy has processed the return, Klarna will update your payment plan based on the amount refunded.
