Because these items are made to order, all customized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or modified once placed. Customized items are not eligible for discounts or promotional pricing unless otherwise stated. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipping; items in your order will ship together once customization is complete. There is a chance some items may ship separately from our stores. All orders ship using the method selected at checkout, including expedited options. Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment—if your order arrives with a defect or an error on our part, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
