Shipping Within the U.S.:

• All U.S. orders are shipped using FedEx on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.
• Beauty products are only shipped via ground shipping; air shipping is not available for these products.
• If you order between Monday and Friday after 12pm EST, even with faster shipping options like 2nd Day or Next Day, we'll start processing on the next business day.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on Monday.
• Generally, it takes 1-3 business days to prepare and ship each order.
• Please be aware that packages are not sent out on weekends, holidays, and there is no Saturday delivery for expedited shipping.

Returns:

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items returned after this period won't be accepted.
• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, with the original tags intact, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
• Returns are accepted only for full-priced items; sale items and products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
• Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for fragrance products.
• In case of a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
• Swimwear and intimates should be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and hygienic liners.
• International orders outside of the U.S. are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• While we do not currently offer exchanges, we're more than happy to help you place a new order for the correct item.

International Shipping:

• For orders heading to countries outside the U.S., we utilize FedEx International Express Shipping or Passport Shipping from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
• Duties and taxes are included and calculated during the checkout process.
• Kindly note that beauty products cannot be shipped internationally.
• Returns are not accepted on international orders
