Our new Willis Dress is a bright spot in custom metallic lurex with a hand-painted abstract floral print. This party frock with a celebratory shine has an open v-neck, shirred bodice, blouson sleeves that narrow to thin button cuffs, a wide fixed waistband and a shirred skirt that flares to a final flounce at bottom. Invisible zipper at wearer's left. Shown here in Pre-Dawn Sky.
